Taylor works with clients to help make appointments, schedule consultations, communicate with workers, and more. We gave her a few questions to get to know her:
When and why did you first decide to work for Ireland’s Finest?

“Before I came to Ireland’s Finest I worked for a small company as [an] office manager for over 15 years but the owner was retiring so I had to find another job. I love working for smaller companies and when I heard Ireland’s Finest was looking for an office manager I knew [I] would be a good fit. I have almost worked here for three years now and it’s been the best decision I ever made.”
What are a couple common painting questions you are asked regularly?
“Some of the most common questions I get asked do we do drywall repair and can we fix cracks in walls & ceilings. Of course, the answer is yes we can.”

What’s one factor that makes Ireland’s Finest a great company to work for?

“I would have to say the employees they are a great group of guys to work with. Being the only woman that works here, all the employees are very respectable and I feel very comfortable being around all of our painters, which is very important because if I feel comfortable then our customers should be comfortable having our painters in their home.”

Where do you see the company going in the next few years? Will you be adding services, painters, etc.?

“We always looking of ways to improve Ireland’s Finest and one of things that is really important to us is to have great communication with our customers from when they call in for an estimate to the final brush stroke of every project. We are always striving to make this the best painting company in the Denver area and we stand behind every job we do.”

What’s the craziest story you’ve heard from the painters on the job?

“The craziest story is when I first started working here, we rented an 80-foot tall lift for an apartment job we were doing. Two of our painters were in the bucket of the lift and all of a sudden, the lift stops working due to mechanical failure. Our poor painters were stuck in the lift for quite a while and it was a very hot day, so we had to hoist water bottles up to them. Eventually we did get them down and they were very happy to be on the ground again.
What’s your favorite part of your job?

“There [are] many things I like about my job but one of my favorites is seeing before and after pictures of a project. I love hearing the wow factor in our customer’s voices and to know we meet all their expectations.”
