The painting was completed ahead of schedule and you provided the highest quality work at the reasonable price that you quoted us initially. A number of townhouse owners contracted with you separately to paint their decks or the interior of their homes and are all very satisfied with the quality and cost of the work.

The residents of Four Mile Village are not only delighted with the results of the exterior painting, but also with the professional way that your crew approached the work. We were always notified well in advance when our specific units would be painted so that we could move items that we wanted to protect. In many cases, your employees helped residents move their lawn furniture and other heavy items. You always respected the peace and quiet of the complex by starting and ending work at reasonable hours and by refraining from working on the weekends. You stored your supplies neatly in a trailer and handled all of your equipment clean-up away from Four Mile Village.
