We are looking to hire painters with at least one year of experience for a very busy, reputable painting company in the Denver area. We produce work year round and need more full-time painters to meet our customer’s demands. Our clients have very high expectations and we are looking for prompt, polite and hardworking painters.

Benefits
Paid holidays – after eight months of employment.

• Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and three days for Christmas/New Years
• After two calendar years of employment – two additional days at Christmas/New Years

Bonuses

• Job bonuses paid out monthly.
• $25 per crew member, per project, for a positive social media review by customer.
• $100 per month for referral of another painter for months of May through October (six months). This is for unlimited amount of painters based on 30 days of employment without quitting or termination.
• Three seasonal bonuses throughout the year for all painters.  This bonus is based on experience, tenure with the company, job performance and company profit.
